Susan Chritton helps her clients understand and improve their behaviors, character, values, and life circumstances focusing on aspects of career growth and change.
As a career strategist Susan assists a client to envision, design, and take action to improve their future. She provides individual and organizational coaching, consulting and training in career transition, organizational career systems, leadership coaching, work/life balance, and creativity in the workplace. Susan assists her clients in designing the next career or life phase and offers the support and expertise needed to implement the plan.
Susan is an Adjunct Professor at the University of San Francisco. She facilitates creativity classes including the Artist's Way and is an advocate for integrating life and work. Susan is a Certified Reach Personal Branding Strategist.
Susan has spoken numerous times at the International Career Development Conference on creativity in the workplace. She is a contributing author of a book published in 2002.
Susan holds a Master of Education degree in Career Education from St. Mary's College, a Post-Master's Certificate in Career Development from John F. Kennedy University, and is a Certified Professional Coach of the Hudson Institute.
